ABOUT THE SHADOW MARKET OF ONLINE ADS
A delightfully informative article about how personal data is being processed by using websites and then returned as personalized advertising.
We were especially to keen to visualize an atmospheric narrative that is created by two opposing elements: a lush green jungle and a bright elements, rooted in digital consumers culture.
Secondly our aim was to create a visual narrative with key aspects of the article: entering via a (IP address) gateway, revealing personal information, collecting cookies (train), location monitoring (google) and data theft (robot spiders). ︎
